Cambodia has 21 official public holiday days in 2022

The Royal Government of Cambodia has announced a Sub-Decree on the Calendar of Holidays of Civil Servants, Employees and Workers in 2022

Details are as follows:

  • January 1,Global Day,1 day off
  • January 7, Victory Day over the genocidal regime, 1 day off
  • March 8, International Women’s Day, 1 day off
  • April 14-15-16, Khmer New Year, 3 days off
  • May 01, International Labor Day, 1 day off
  • May 14, The Royal Birthday of His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni, King of the Kingdom of Cambodia, 1 day off
  • May 15, Vesak Bochea Festival, 1 day off
  • May 19, Royal Plowing Ceremony, 1 day off
  • June 18, the Royal Birthday of Her Majesty Queen Norodom Monineath Sihanouk, the Queen Mother of Cambodia, 1 day off
  • September 24,Constitution Day, 1 day off
  • September 24-25-26, Pchum Ben festival, 3 days off
  • October 15, Day in Honor of the Late King Norodom Sihanouk, His Majesty the King Father, Independence, Territorial Integrity and Khmer National Unity, 1 day off
  • October 29, Royal Ceremony of His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni, King of the Kingdom of Cambodia, 1 day off
  • November 07-08-09, the Royal Water Festival, 3 days off
  • November 9, National Independence Day, 1 day off
